Is it possible that we could get some Baebes response from our praise/ critcisms of Illumination? I know that I am about the only person who didn't like the album as a whole and it would be interesting to hear some Baebes views. I'd like to know about how some of the songs were chosen/written. The thoughts of the Baebes on the more commercial less mediaeval sounding songs. Maybe I'm just being contraversial to get a response? Will the glitzy sound of ILLUMINATION be continued in future or will the more traditional style be rejuvenated? Maybe they could just tell us why they are so happy with this album. This would be most thought provoking and maybe informative.
Then again only Emily bothers to reply to the fans views and questions.

We all have our opinions, I just feel that maybe it would be fun for them to take an interest in our opinions and maybe I could learn something from the authors of this interesting album.
Do they care enough to take part or are the signing sessions just to feed the Baebes egos. A horrible question but since hardly any Baebe apart from Emily has payed an interest in our forum, I feel that it is one worth asking.

They've just come back from an American tour, they have families to care for, books to promote, solo projects to promote and a cahedral tour to prepare for where they will be dancing and singing their arses off to entertain US.....let em have a rest!

This is a FAN forum not a chance to speak to the girls.....that should be done drunkingly at gigs

I think that the input Emily puts into this forum should be more than enough as she doesn't even have to do that!

I second that agreement, and that is the best review of an album I've read for a long while!

Some of the answers might come out in time if they do interviews/promotion for the single/album later in the year, but it don't think you should expect or try to provoke a response here.

Just thought that it would be nice to get some insight into the new album and the thoughts behind it. Also as a fan I know that it makes me feel valued if the Baebes actually read our posts. Replying to them is obviously to much to ask for. Baebes fans have written such lovely things and its a shame that even a small response isn't given. I know I tried to spark a response in a contraversial manor but I wanted to know if any of them actually read our posts apart from Emily our website manager. All of those lovely comments, ho hum what a shame.

Try dropping the following little pleasantry into ones daily conversation:

"Fergin' Sock-Cooking Melon-Farmers"

That normally raises an eye-brow in a markedly Roger Moore-like manner.

Does anyone recall a film called, I believe, "Johnny Dangerously" which featured the most incoherent but hilarious swearing sequences ever put onto the silver screen....

Of course! How could a "lousy icehole", like me, forget such a cinematic triumph?!
