OK. Just asking 'cause I'm curious. I bought the album Mistletoe&Wine as a download. The track "Blow Northern Wind" is about 18 minutes long. Drifts along beautifully for about 6 minutes then has 10-11minutes of dead air and then plays a minute or so of something that sounds like it back-tracked. Is this my own personal MP3 error or does anyone else have this? The track lists as 6:14 on the actual CD-ROM.

BTW; The Baebes version of "In Dulce Jubilo" is just the coolest.

Yeah my album does the same - though it took me ages to realise, because I'm usually in another world when listening

I would be quite happy for 'BNW' to go on for infinity! - the song is absolutely georgous & is one of my all time fav Baebes tracks.

Blessings
Hawthorn.

I think it's a hidden instrumental track. Perhaps, the Baebes would like to shed some light on this? It's a pleasant surprise but it's too long a wait just for the hidden track to start playing on a CD player.

It's probably as "unhidden" as it's going to get. Perhaps it's just a test of patience and meditative ability. Kind of a "who's off in lala land and who's fretting about the dead air on their iPod."

I've been listening to this just now and was wondering if I had a duff CD.Especially as some of the cases go broken in the post and I had to replace them. I was relieved when the sound came back on. I don't mind it at all, having a hidden track.

or.........you could hold down the skip track button on your player and fast forward until you get to the track....

.......or enjoy the beauty of temporary silence.
