I've just back home to find a little package waiting for me!

My grubby little hands eagerly ripped open the jiffy bag to find the Illumination CD with Ltd Edition number 0433... BUT NO CD INSIDE!!!!

GUTTED!!! Has this happened to anyone else?

I've sent an email and really hoping the Baebes can help me out!

Really jealous of everyone now!

Oh dear! The gnomes must had been slacking off again. I'll give them a good beating.

In all seriousness what a horrible misfortune, a big sorry from us! I'll make sure this problem is resolved.

Emily x

That's such a shame. :( Still it's good to see that Emily promised to make sure it was sorted. At least you know you will get your CD, even if it takes a bit longer :?

Hi Emily

I tried to PM you a few days ago, but I kept getting the debug mode error message.

So I'm not sure if you ever got the PM or several copies of it!

Hi,

I ordered two CD's and one arrived without an actual CD in it. It was a present for a friend. Have emailed the sales and info emails about 6 or 7 times now since the beginning of October and have had no response. Can anyone offer any help?

Jo, If that doesn't work, try this:

http://www.myspace.com/mediaevalbaebes

Go there and click on the "send message" button.

I've had pretty good luck with that before. I think they log in to check their messages on a daily basis. Not sure, but it's worth a try.

Good Luck!
