Let me clarify;
Aussie whites are certainly tasty and do seem to be a bit robust. I was only commenting that they tend to trigger my allergic reactions more than other wines. Human physiology being as diverse as it is, that may just be my problem. By all means, if you can, enjoy!
The voices are telling me to get back on topic...
<whine> Does anyone remember when the Baebes announced US tour dates last year? I'm getting anxious. I've got just one vacation day left in reserve I'm saving lest I have to drive/walk/crawl many miles to see a show. Management likes my days off on the calendar 60 days in advance. </whine>

Nothing proves you have no life like following your own post!!
Allow me to put an end to this long and stale digression. I have information through reliable yet anonymous sources that there are a number of sites on the US tour to be finalized soon. So, rest easy boys and girls of the most hated nation on earth, the Baebes are on the way and you don't have to go to Maryland.
For those of us paying attention, the US tour can't be anywhere near as juicy as originally posted at mid-Sept to mid-Nov. There's gigs booked in Germany for 10-10 and 11-10. Given travel one could speculate they'll be arriving for the Maryland Ren Fest and skipping town right after the first of November. Still, the Baebes could be in the US for the Feast of All Saints, which is preceded by the ever annoying "Halloween". It has the potential for a once in a lifetime show and I wonder who the lucky stiffs will be to see that.
When a woman regularly dresses as extravagantly as a Baebe, what on earth does she consider a costume??
If the Baebes want to play tourist they should try to be in Massachusetts on Oct. 31. Home of the Salem Witch Trials and arguably the most haunted cemetery on earth at Quabbin Resevior. Hundreds of souls dug up from their eternal rest and moved from their homes. You couldn't script it any better!

You are casting aspersions upon the Peoples' Republic of Maryland?
.....nothing wrong with Maryland, at least not if you're at the RenFest....
I have to admit that being in Mass for All Hallows Eve would be pretty cool...

I have absolutely nothing against Maryland. It was simply that if that were the only US show I'd be hard pressed to get the Mrs. to understand I'm going to spend lots of money traveling and get a hotel room to stay overnight so I can go see some band of really hot women. It has "spend", "hotel" and "women" all in the same sentence. -10,000 points on the marital happiness chart.
Salem, MA goes mental with the whole witch thing. It's a bit tacky but if you like people watching it's a must see.

Ah, so you're allowed to notice the hotness of the Baebes and bask in it, but me, Sparkles and Lady D aren't allowed to notice the hot Italian men...interesting double standard there
Just so you know, women lusting after men doesn't have to be a feminist issue....I think you were going there with the post in the other thread. We can just lust after them on the same basis that men do women....i.e sex.

This is all leaving me little hope that there will even be a Canadian leg of the North American tour. Maybe it's been changed into just an American tour.
They should just skip the US and come to Canada. If you're the most hated nation on earth, surely we're one of the most liked.

I do like Canadians, very dry humour. I've heard the Baebes say they get great audience reactions in Canada, that people are very enthusiastic, dancing in the aisles etc. Maybe they just decided it would be too cold during the winter...

All the Baebes past visits, save for their first time here, have been in fall or winter. The past few years the winters haven't even been true Canadian winters either, at least in my city. They've been very mild with hardly much snow at all thanks to global warming and all that...
Plus, we've got ties to Britian! It'd be like an extended European tour.

Sarah;
I was just being fresh. I think you understand that. ... and I don't lust, I admire. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
Kilted;
If they get within 100 miles of the Border just annex the place in the name of Canada. If its Northern Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire or Upstate New York, It might be months before anyone noticed.
How can you not love a country that has a place named Saskatoon Saskatchewan!

Reminds me of the Laurel and Hardy film where Stan is trying to buy a train ticket for Ollie and the ticketmaster tells him that there is no such place as squishsquachion. Ha HA, They are the funniest ever!
