I think we can safely say that Max won't be singing on the new album, considering that she has completely left and is busy doing other things. The sx who are currently in the band are well capable of producing a great album without adding to their numbers but you never know right.....

It's a pity some of us won't get to hear Sofia and Maxine and see the lovely picture of the Baebes in their princess gowns in the album booklet.

Well, I'm excited to hear the new Baebes in their first MB album and also awaiting to see their new photos. I think James Sutton did a fantastic job in the Live Album and DVD. :D

Hell I would sell my soul to satan to be in the baebes... so is life I'll just have to make a fairy wish! If they ever wanted an uncomplaining violinist who just wants to play music I'm their girl. Girl's you'd never look back!

Well I would like to be in the Baebes too... but I have a penis so I guess that's never going to happen.

But if they ever need an Italian language coach... I'm here! :P

Well no, I enjoy my penis... Plus I can't sing, so I wouldn't become a Baebe as well :D

Back in topic, I would like some new girl to join! I really liked when they were a big ensemble... Their music gets more and more amazing, but a big number gives more the idea of a choir :)

I am in total agreement with Dark Tower. It is no reflection on the current line up, but the harmony produced when there was a group of 12(?), particularly on live performances with the kind of acoustics available in a church etc, is just amazing... Plus more baebe power for your ticket price  8)

I second that! It would be nice if "resting" Baebes could pop up now & again just to say hi on this Forum & update their fans on what they are doing. Please ladies, get those dainty digits tapping the keys! Cheers, :D

I am freinds with 3 ex Baebes an unfortuantely most of them prefer to put the past behind them. Some left in a hurtful fashion and some have been hurt in other ways. I love and support them as friends. They are wonderful people. I am and always will be greatful for the memories.

I also loved the overpowering harmonies when there were 12 members...but I think it helps with touring arrangements and expenses to have fewer members. I was watching the VHS that used to be for sale on the Baebes website the other day....MB, 12 strong..AMAZING! Even watching the video for Temptasyon made me nostalgic...

As i have stated on another thread which i started, i think that the Baebes should try and poach Gwenno Saunders from the Pipettes.
She has performed with Celtic Legend, so Emily will be familiar with her.
She is stunningly beautiful and has the voice to match.

What an addition she would be to the Baebes.

Anyone else agree ?

Can't admit to having heard of them, but her Wikipedia page is interesting along with an impressive career we also get "fluent in Welsh and also speaks Cornish and Gaelic". I'll be checking them out on last.fm, thanks.

Meriidan

She has a great voice.
You would see her to better effect on youtube doing the Celtic Legend song called "ysolt y'nn Gweinten".

Cheers
